Women Only Cardio Kickboxing
Cardio Kickboxing - also known as aerobic kickboxing or cardio kick - incorporates hand and foot techniques from boxing, Karate, and Taekwondo, in an hour of focused cardiovascular and muscular conditioning, all played to high energy beats.
Workout intensity depends on the individual: techniques can be performed for both high and low impact. It's ideal for those who like to learn while they burn. You will sweat! so wear the right clothing. Be sure to speak to Master Mark Shrader so he can personalize your workout and give you some techniques for the best benefit.
Drawing on my strong background in technical martial art, the classes are taught so that the kicks and punches are true to the mechanistics that make them work in their respective sport. Basiclly, we pay attention to having proper technique, as well as to the obvious aerobic benefit of the workout. I Hope to see you in class!

We understand the hecticness of life and it's better to come late to take care of your health than not at all.
Try to give yourself at least 10 minutes of a cardio workout each day.
30-60 minutes is the optimal cardio workout.
